At Velvet Mind, we love music, all kinds of music - from happy, uptempo and uplifting, to ambient, dark, deep and intense: we love taking chances and do not abide by the rules; we live by creative freedom. Velvet Mind is an independently owned music production company and record label based in Los Angeles, CA. An artistic collaboration between multi-instrumentalist, producer and programmer, Thomas Hjorth (Copenhagen, Denmark) and vocalist, keyboardist, mixing engineer and producer, Laura Vall (Barcelona, Spain), Velvet Mind creates original music, cover songs and custom music in a variety of genres, from pop, singer-songwriter, indie and rock to electronica and dance.
