    Tom Hamlyn is solo artist TOYKULT. Born & raised in London, he studied art & music at Birmingham Art School and is a singer, songwriter, producer & artist. Formerly signed to Some Bizzare Records and featured on the double album ' The Only Failure Is to Cease to Try' he works as an independent artist while collaborating on experimental rock and electronic dance music projects.
