I played in bands in my youth. Where the dream was to record your own stuff . With the advent of computers, this has become both affordable and available. I hugely enjoy creating, writing and recording songs in my home studio . I would describe my style as new wave only in the fact that It allowed all genres of music from the same act ,without them being pidgeonholed as "a rock act " or "electronic " . I use Apple logic X and an array of plug ins to add texture and it feels like a genuine collaboration.
