Simon Beyer is a composer and songwriter, and writes music in a variety of styles and genres for artists and projects in the music, theatre and film industries. He has written, worked, performed and collaborated with a number of people in the industry such as Ivor Novello-winning songwriter and producer Bill Padley (Fugees, Atomic Kitten, Julia Fordham), songwriter Pam Shayne (Genie In A Bottle – Christina Aguilera), Hannah Symons (vocalist on Templecloud’s 'One Big Family' and The Heavy album ‘Great Vengeance and Furious Fire’ and songwriter with Becky Hill and Rudimental of 'Powerless'), Elisabeth Valentine (former European tour singer for Right Said Fred) and a host of award-winning, platinum-selling songwriters and artists. Whether collaborating with others or working up solo music projects, he enjoys creating evocative soundscapes: from sweeping energetic orchestral compositions and pulsing drumbeats, to intimate ballads and pieces for solo instruments. In the world of Theatre he has written original music for plays and musicals that have been staged in venues across London, from the Fringe to the West End. He is currently working on music for several film and theatre projects as well as developing two album releases of songs and instrumental music.
