Hi, my name is Guillaume, I’m a multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer based in Lausanne, Switzerland. I started my career when I was 15 as a drummer in a punk-rock band and as a beat maker for rap artists. After a few electronic and rock bands, I decided to start my own project called Saint Estrela, an indie pop one-man-band with influences from world music and folk to psychedelic and retro pop rock. The watchwords of Saint Estrela were « stay simple, have fun » but also « say what you need to say and always search for new sounds and familiar but original melodies ». So a few years later, my music has evolved but I think these watchwords are still relevant : always about the good vibes, with a surfy groove and uplifting indie pop for your everyday soundtrack.
