Sagar Sarkar

Sagar is a veteran of the music scene in Pune. With his roots firmly in the blues, Sagar grew up in Kolkata where he was an active gigging musician. On moving to Pune in the late 80s, Sagar continued his musical journey. Later, he relocated to Essex in the UK where he performed as jazz and blues musician across the country for 15 years. Upon his return from the UK, he continues to perform locally again, concentrating on a mix of jazz, blues and eclectic rock. He plays keyboards, bass, guitar and sings and composes and records music.
