Rita's history in the industry involves thousands of recording studio hours working closely amidst numerous renowned artists, songwriters, engineers, producers, & labels such as Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Eric Schilling, Phil Ramone, and Sony respectively. She also has first-hand experience in regards to touring on stages worldwide and has been involved as a band member in presentations such as The Grammys, MTV Unplugged, Saturday Night Live, Good Morning America, The Latin Grammys, The Late Show Circuit, Shakira's Mongoose World Tour and countless one-offs. Rita is the recipient of two Latin Grammy recognition awards for her participation as Arranger on the 2006 Album of the Year and Song of the Year ("Oral Fixation Volume 1" & "La Tortura") by Shakira.
