Reagan Archibald- aka 7th Note- is a South African export happily mixing groove theories in Australia. With musical influences such as Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Clinton Sayers and his Dad... yes his Dad... 7th Note learned his smooth chops on an instrumental mash up of bass, guitar, piano, drums and percussion. As 7th Note likes to say: “It's all in the details” and that's what makes him a premium producer in his own right. You might say mixing and mastering is part of his family's musical legacy. Growing up he had a natural ear for quality production work. While most of his peers were just kicking back enjoying the groove; 7th Note was paying attention to every riff, vocal nuance and production tick. He credits his Dad for tuning his ear with early covers of musical genres from classic rock to hip hop.
