Unorthodox. Passionate. Gifted. The 27-year-old self-taught Milwaukee native known as C.M.P. beat the odds by the grace of God. Coming from a split family where C.M.P.'s father was a drug dealer & his mother is an evangelist, he lived in two worlds at once. C.M.P., also known by his legal name Christopher McIntyre Perceptions, has been creating music since the age of 13 years old. The arts were an escape that turned into a form of therapy, a platform for an audience but most importantly, a ministry. With the release of the mixtape "On Notice" in July 2016, the EP "Freedom" in October 2016 & his album "Intuition" in December 2016, C.M.P. is creating a new lane as he is a songwriter, producer & lyricist with singing capabilities. After releasing a mixtape called "Renaissance" in March 2017, C.M.P. is now ready to publish a new body of work. C.M.P. is releasing a new album called "Crescendo" on July 7th, 2017.
