True Blue Rocker Chelsee Foster has been a veteran of the music industry for over a decade. Ch3ls, along with her rock band OneFifteen, has sold out legendary venues such as The Mint, The Whiskey, and the Troubadour. Chelsee is also an experienced figure skater and toured nationally prior to coaching the sport. She credits her experience as a competitve figure skater with giving her the strength and endurance necessary to put out a powerhouse performance every night.
