Jim Daneker is an award-winning composer, producer, and arranger based in Nashville, Tennessee. Jim has also performed and recorded worldwide with Christian music’s most iconic artists, including Amy Grant, Steven Curtis Chapman, and his long- standing role as keyboardist & musical director for Michael W. Smith since 1995. Career highlights include sold-out international concert tours & broadcast appearances such as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Radio City Music Hall, London’s Royal Albert Hall, Michael W. Smith’s multi-platinum Worship and Worship Again CDs/DVDs, a “Best Original Score” award in 2008, a Dove Award in 2014 and nomination in 2016 (Producer, Inspirational Album of the Year), and a #1 Billboard-charting debut for Michael W. Smith’s Hymns album which Jim co-produced in 2014.
