Nate Good is a hip-hop artist from Northern Virginia. He began writing songs in high school on his iPhone – over 700 of them to be exact – and rapped them for his friends at parties and at local colleges. He did some early touring on the Eastern seaboard with various artists, and after attending one year of college, decided to drop out and focus on music full time. In 2013, Nate founded O Street Studio, where he began recording, releasing over 50 songs on SoundCloud over the course of a year. In 2015, Nate released two singles, “Gold Coast” and “You and I,” both of which gained traction and helped to consolidate his steadily growing fan base. “Gold Coast” has now amassed over 25 million plays across streaming platforms, while “You and I” has over 10 million streams.
Over time, Nate was able to organically build a fan base in the United States and overseas. His music landed him articles in DJ Booth, GoodMusicAllDay, and Banger Of The Day. He also built relationships with YouTube channels such as RapNation and SwaggyTracks. As the buzz continued, Nate turned these features into show opportunities at colleges in VA, NC, TX, OK, WV, and TN. Nate received an invitation to perform at A3C Festival in Atlanta, and recently headlined his own show in Leesburg, Virginia.
Fast forward to 2018. Nate has signed to O Street Music group, an independent label based in Virginia. He has reached over 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, and is gearing up to release a ton of music.
