    A self-taught, multi-instrument musician (piano, guitar and harmonica), Malcolm Duff played with bands in the UK in the early ‘70s until he had to stop to work to feed his family, but kept on writing and recording songs at home, producing more than 600 tunes and lyrics over the next 40 years. After meeting Marista Da Silva, his Brazilian co-songwriter, he started recording them professionally. Because he cannot read or write music, he plays the songs by ear, and learns them by heart – the hallmark of their music and reflection of their ambition: to write the ultimate love song...
