Lindsay Clark is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Portland, OR, originally from the small gold rush town of Nevada City, CA. Over the years she has found inspiration from classical, folk, bluegrass, her dad's record collection, eastern philosophy, mystical realism, and nature. She has carved out a unique and vibrant place as an artist with her mesmerizing, poetic, and unflinchingly honest lyrics and pitch-perfect melodies. A penchant for rich, beautiful harmonies and a style of self-taught fingerpicking reminiscent of Bert Jansch and Nick Drake creates a sound that is uniquely hers. She has released multiple albums and performed alongside notable artists such as The Lumineers, Nat Baldwin (Dirty Projectors), White Hinterland (Casey Dienel), Alela Diane, Laura Gibson, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith. Her forthcoming album "Crystalline" is due out in 2018 (recorded with Jeremy Harris - lead guitar/Vetiver).
