As seen on BET, MTV2, allhiphop.com, & the Source; Jae Focus was born into a legacy of musicality and lyricsism, as the son of a poet and the grandson of a Grammy award-winning jazz musician Jae found himself naturally inclined to create music. Hailing from Wilmington, DE a city recently dubbed "Murder Town" by Newsweek, Jae Focus first began performing as a way to express and vocalize his experiences, he soon founded GOD INC. Music Collective, with his brother Steven Wright and in 2016 the imprint released his critically acclaimed debut album entitled '33.3' Thirty Three - And - A Third; and then followed up with a DELUXE EDITION for the Album with the producer Doeboyy Muzik. In addition to songwriting, acting, performing, and teaching hip hop Arts workshops and media literacy courses as the Director of Programs & Services for ARTfusion, Inc. the Delaware based non-profit utilizing the arts for social change, Jae stands to make his mark with a most impressive passion for his craft and the culture. After being fearured on BET's program "Versed" and working on tracks with the likes of hip-hop Legends such as Capone of CNN and Styles P of the "L.O.X.", Focus is currently focused on releasing his next project entitled 'The GOD Complex' as well as the concept album 'JFK' due out in November of this year.
