• About

Gregory Harrison is an English musician born in 1992. At four years old he started studying classical violin with Elaine Jordan (Jordan Junior Strings). After moving to France with his family, he continued training at the L’ecole de Musique de Dinan and then at the Conservatoire de St. Malo. Around 12 years of age he started to move away from classical music and, before he knew it, was consumed and intoxicated by the debauched, devil-worshipping world of rock and roll. He released his first album ‘For Our Country’ with his band Gasp ‘N’ Gus (lead songwriter/singer/violinist) aged 16. Greg currently performs as a solo artist and with other various bands. He continues to be a highly accomplished violinist playing on a range of recordings from grunge to bluegrass and folk. Musical influences include Ray LaMontage, Ryan Adams, The Frames, The Pixies, Tom Waits, Wilco and John Martyn. Gregory’s debut solo EP is out now. https://gregoryharrison.bandcamp.com/releases
