R . Godwin,a native of Ikot USO eking, in Ekid, Ekid island "Eket" Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria is a performing musician and also a music writer. R Godwin was born in Akor, Akampa L.G.A, Cross River Calabar on 1st October 1983 to Mr /Mrs Faraday "Friday" Robert .U and attended Government Primary School, Ikot Ekid in Eket and attended community commercial secondary School Ikot USO ekong ekid, Eket, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He got his Diploma (Graphics) in Trinity Global Institute Ogun State later online studies of Graphics from Bolton College, Bolton. R.GodwinGodwin has expexperienced different culture but still stays true to his roots and this evident in his music and the people he consider his biggest influences musically, which include R. Kelly, 2face Idibia, Psquare and Don Jazzy. Although, when day break it is difficult to see a star in the Sky except your eyes is very sharp. R.Godwin is a talented songs /singer, his love for entertaining people comes from most high GOD.
