Chris McKay is an Athens, Georgia based singer / songwriter and is a founding member of The Everywhen.
Over the years, Chris has won multiple ASCAP songwriter and performance awards for his own music. He has also collaborated on musical experiments with The Who’s Pete Townshend and co-wrote the song “Something Unseen” with Mike Garson (David Bowie’s pianist and longest tenured band member).
During McKay’s time as a member of The Critical Darlings (who released two acclaimed indie albums), that band opened for acts as diverse as A Flock Of Seagulls, Cowboy Mouth, and King’s X.
