Oklahoma native Amy Jack is a proficient singer, songwriter, and producer. After graduating from of the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in TV/Radio/Film, she currently lives in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex in North Texas. As an account executive for iHeart Media and Cumulus, she learned the ins and outs of the music and radio industries. To this day, Amy knows radio first hand.
Raised by family music teachers, Amy sings with ease and conviction. “Music is the most powerful mover in the world,” she says. She describes her current single, “Bounce Back,” as a song about our human triumph over adversities.”
Amy has had several successes. Her song “For the Love of the Game" was recently featured on the U. S. Olympic Committee’s ‘Road to Rio' Tour as well as on national iHeart Media stations, the ESPN Network during March Madness and on a featurette for Kobe Bryant on FOX Sports. Other recent career highlights include performing the National Anthem for Major League Baseball and having her song “Born To Lead,” which she co-wrote with artist Billy Dawson, featured as the soundtrack to the NCAA’s Rotary Lombardi Awards.
So what’s next for Amy Jack? She is putting the finishing touches on her forthcoming studio album produced by Merle Haggard before his death.
